The station is situated on Moor Street Queensway, opposite the Bullring shopping complex.

There are several car parks within walking distance of the station.

 

By Bus

There are frequent bus services to/from the Birmingham suburbs that stop in the bus mall (outside the station).

By Train to Moor Street

Jewellery Line* from Stourbridge, Worcester,
Shakespeare Line* from Shirley, Henley, & other local stations

By Train to New Street

You will need to make a short walk across the City Centre. The route from New Street station to Moor Street station is signed.New Street is served by other local services and trains from most parts of the country.
